Our Story
Bella Roma was born when Chef Marco Ferretti left his family's trattoria in Naples with a suitcase full of recipes and a dream — to share real Italian food with Filipinos who deserved more than chain restaurant pasta.
Every pasta is made by hand each morning. Every pizza crust ferments for 72 hours. The tomatoes come from San Marzano. The olive oil is cold-pressed. Nothing here is from a can or a shortcut.
