Where We Began

Built on 15 Years of Trusted Legal Service

Dela Cruz & Associates was founded in 2008 by Atty. Marco Dela Cruz, following five years as a senior associate at one of Makati's most prominent law firms. Armed with a front-row view of the Philippine legal system's inequalities, Atty. Dela Cruz made a deliberate choice: to build a law firm where quality legal representation was not a privilege reserved for the wealthy.

What began as a two-person practice in a modest Makati office has grown into a full-service law firm with three locations, a team of seasoned attorneys, and over 800 cases resolved. Our clients range from OFW families asserting their rights, to small business owners protecting their livelihoods, to individuals navigating the most difficult moments of their lives.

The firm's philosophy has never changed: know the facts of every case, speak plainly to every client, and fight with everything we have. Justice within reach — not just as a tagline, but as a daily commitment.
