Joshua Reyes & Camille Navarro
It started in a crowded college hallway at UP Diliman, where Josh accidentally bumped into Camille and sent her notes flying across the floor. He spent ten minutes helping her collect them — and never quite stopped finding reasons to stick around after that. They became inseparable study buddies by the end of the semester.
When lockdowns pulled the world apart, they found each other again over late-night video calls that stretched from minutes into hours. Movies watched on opposite screens, merienda shared virtually, and long conversations about life, dreams, and futures — what started as friendship quietly became something more.
When restrictions eased, Josh took Camille to their favorite Maginhawa food park in Quezon City — the same place they'd talked about a hundred times over video calls. They ate isaw, shared a halo-halo, and walked around until the stalls closed. Josh says it was perfect. Camille says she knew on the drive home.
A spontaneous Tagaytay trip with friends became the backdrop for a not-so-spontaneous question. Standing by the lake at sunrise, Josh asked Camille to be his girlfriend properly — no more "what are we" conversations. She said yes before he finished the sentence. Their friends caught it all on a shaky phone video they still rewatch today.
Josh had planned it for months. A dinner reservation at Ang Bistro sa Remedios — Camille's favorite restaurant. Candles, her favorite songs, and a box hidden in his jacket pocket. When she came back from the restroom, the whole room had gone quiet. He was already on one knee. She cried before he said a word. She still says she ruined her mascara.
On November 8, 2026, surrounded by everyone they love at Fernwood Gardens, Joshua and Camille will say the words they've been building toward for seven years. A garden ceremony, golden afternoon light, and a lifetime of adventures ahead. The best chapter starts here.
A civil engineer from Batangas with a talent for building things — bridges, buildings, and apparently, a really solid relationship. Josh is the planner of the two: spreadsheets, timelines, contingency plans. He makes the best sinanglay and always knows the best route to avoid EDSA traffic.
A nurse from Laguna who chose caring for people as a calling, not just a career. Camille is the warmth in the room — the one who remembers your birthday, checks on you when you're quiet, and will share her food even when she said she wasn't hungry. Her laugh is contagious and her heart is enormous.
"They share a love for hiking up mountains on weekends, eating street food at midnight, and telling jokes so bad they somehow become funny. They balance each other perfectly: he keeps her grounded, she keeps him adventurous."
