We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 3–6 months for other events. We get fully booked quickly, especially for December and summer months. Contact us now to check availability for your date.
Yes! We coordinate events across the Philippines — Batangas, Tagaytay, Palawan, Cebu, and more. Travel and accommodation fees for out-of-town events are discussed and included transparently in your quote.
Your first 30-minute consultation is completely free and no-obligation. We'll discuss your event vision, date, budget, and expectations. After that, we'll send you a detailed proposal within 3 business days.
Pricing & Payment
We require a 30% reservation fee upon signing of contract. 50% is due 60 days before the event, and the final 20% is due 7 days before. We accept GCash, bank transfer, and cash.
Our published rates are starting prices. Your final quote depends on guest count, venue, event duration, and specific requirements. We always provide an itemized proposal so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined in detail in your contract. In general, postponements 90+ days before the event can be accommodated. Reservation fees are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date. We handle each situation with understanding.
Day-of Coordination
The number of coordinators depends on your package and guest count. Our Starter package includes 2 coordinators; Full Service includes 4; and Premium includes 6+. We ensure there's always enough team coverage for your event size.
That's exactly what we're trained for. Every event has a detailed contingency plan. We carry an emergency kit and maintain backup contacts for all major vendors. If something goes sideways, you won't even know — we'll handle it quietly behind the scenes.
Vendors & Suppliers
Absolutely. We work with client-supplied vendors all the time. We do ask to be introduced to them early so we can align on timelines and expectations. We recommend vendors from our network because we've worked with them and trust their quality, but the choice is always yours.
Catering is coordinated but not included in base packages (as it's a major cost that varies widely). We have preferred catering partners and can coordinate the entire process — tastings, menu planning, service coordination — as part of your event management.
