About Ria

Ria Flores

I started this blog in 2020 when I couldn't afford a flight and realized I was doing everything wrong with money. Three years later I've visited 12 countries and paid off my student loans. If I can do it on a ₱25,000/month salary, you can too.

I'm a Cebuana by heart, a traveler by choice, and a personal finance nerd by necessity. I write about the things I wish someone had told me in my early twenties — the unglamorous truths about budgeting, the affordable trips that changed my life, and the side hustles that actually worked.

This blog is for every Filipina who's been told she can't afford to live the life she wants. You can. Let's figure it out together.
